Main Responsibilities
- Managing workplace and security tools;
- Aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements with a focus on Windows and Linux devices;
- Supervising Identity and Access Management implementations;
- Analyzing workplace-related security risks and potential ways to fix them;
- End User Support and troubleshooting of advanced issues;
- Supporting teammates on technical challenges;
- Managing all other related matters to IT infrastructure.
Core Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in a similar position with Windows and Linux devices, also managing them using policies;
- Friendly and helpful personality with excellent communication skills;
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Passion for technology;
- Knowledge of English;
- ClearPass knowledge (an advantage);
Tools You Will Use
- PowerShell, Python, and Bash scripting experience (API, automation);
- VM administration and setup (Hyper-V, Proxmox);
- Networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, routing, protocols, basic VPN knowledge);
- Windows and Linux server administration (firewalls, accesses, DHCP servers);
- SaaS tools knowledge (JIRA, Slack administration).
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 2500 - 4100 EUR/Month.
