Currently we're looking for IT Manager - SAP Technology Projects to be responsible for SAP Architecture, Governance and Tech Projects.
Your role:
- Support the strategy for enterprise application landscape, upgrades, high-availability and disaster recovery
- Advisory for SAP applications architecture
- Ensure project teams are adhering to system governance rules and standards for the implementations of SAP S/4 and new technologies
- Ensure high quality of system documentation
- Upgrade application and database versions according the Enterprise Application landscape roadmap
- Ensure monitoring of systems for early detection of issues during project lifecycles
- Ensure health and security checks are performed during project and hypercare phases
- Collaboration with software vendors, service providers and hosting partners
- Lead technical role in enterprise wide project implementations:
- Support T1 projects
- Environment / client refreshes
- Sandbox creations
- Cutover activites
- System Upgrades
Your profile:
- Proficient/fluent in English language (working with an international team on daily basis)
- Strong hands-on experience in complex SAP environment
- Experience in managing projects
- Must be able to proactively manage and resolve issues in cooperation with several inhouse teams and multiple 3rd party partners
- Must be highly organized, have attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks at one time
- Has the ability to work in a cross-functional matrix environment
- BS or BA Degree in relevant field and minimum 8 years relevant experience
- available to travel approx. 25% of time
