A skilled and experienced hands-on IT Manager for RealSense with strong technical expertise and proven leadership capabilities.

Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure management in a global organization.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional IT teams, managing vendors, and working with third-party service providers.
- Strong hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and RnD labs.
- Experience in planning, deploying, and maintaining IT systems, network architectures, and security frameworks.
- Background in startups, scale-ups, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications such as:
- ITIL Foundation
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- CISSP or CISM (especially for cybersecurity-focused roles)
- Key Skills and Competencies:
- Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience with enterprise systems, software deployment, troubleshooting, and IT lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with data protection, backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning.
- Ability to scale IT environments in dynamic and fast-paced organizations.
- Understanding of IT compliance and risk management standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with non-technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
