We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Manager to oversee our organization’s technology infrastructure, manage IT operations, and ensure the security and efficiency of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management: Oversee IT infrastructure, network systems, hardware, and software applications to ensure maximum performance and uptime.
Team & Operations Leadership: Lead the IT department, manage system administration, direct technical support operations, and coordinate with vendors.
Security & Compliance: Develop and implement cybersecurity protocols, data backup strategies, system recovery plans, and ensure compliance with IT standards.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or IT management roles.
Skills: Strong understanding of network architecture, cloud systems, data security, problem-solving abilities, and team management skills.
