Manager – PLM and Engineering systems
Job responsibility:
- Lead the IT support team of PLM and Engineering systems in China.
- Maintain the R&D related IT systems including PLM / MCAD / ECAD / CAE / CAM / CAPP; Work with R&D department in architecture planning and new system implementation
- Manage engineering systems, including new tool exploring, evaluation, implementation, and maintenance.
- Work with global R&D team in global master data integration and governance. Plan, implement and integrate global R&D related systems.
- Support and implement new product launching related systems in manufacturing and procurement.
- Lead the product and BOM master data management to ensure the data quality and process efficiency.
- Lead the product data management, including data life cycle, data template, process & issue tracking and user training etc.
Requirement:
- Familiar with the integrated product development process and product lifecycle development activities in technology or intelligent manufacturing industry
- 8+ years’ experience in planning, implementing, and operating PLM/MCAD/ECAD/CAE/CAM/CAPP related systems. Proficient in the tools such as Team Center, Oracle PD Cloud, WINCHILL, CREO, and MENTOR, and familiar with the basic functions of ERP/SRM related systems.
- Strong capability in leading the planning, implementation and maintenance of R&D related IT systems.
- Fluent oral and written English, be able to work with the various global teams independently.
- Experience in R&D management, product design or engineering manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Be able to work under pressure, facilitate the business process change, and coordinate in diverse teams effectively.

- Ability to facilitate business process change and coordinate effectively across diverse teams
- R&D management, product design, or engineering manufacturing experience
