Job Description
Title: IT Manager
Role: Responsible for ensuring maximum availability and performance of services through infrastructure monitoring, reacting to alerts or incidents with troubleshooting methods and resolving and/or forwarding them. He/she is also responsible for internal communications on all activities performed on the infrastructure, as well as downtime or unplanned degradations.
Responsibilities
The below describes but is not limited to the main duties and responsibilities in your role:
Activity Management

• Guarantee the availability, reliability, performance, continuity of service and security of IT infrastructure.
• Elaborate and draft operating documents and associated materials.
• Organize multi-site redundancy tests.
• Resolve major and critical IT incidents as well as recurring problems.
• Follow up on incidents and prepare reports on support activities.
• Adapt the software and applications of the workstation to the customers' requirements.
• Suggest network and system improvement solutions for internal and external customers.
• Ensure the quality of service delivered to internal and external users.
• Manage the support of internal and external users' needs.
• Ensure supervision of networks and systems through proactive measures and actions.

Ensure the maintenance in operational conditions of hardware and software made available to users.

• Ensure the maintenance in operational condition of the sites' network and telecom systems.
• Ensure the proper execution of operating procedures according to ITIL/ITSM standards.
• Monitor KPIs as needed.

Team Management

• Manage and lead his/her team in a good working environment: objectives, vacations, annual interviews, training.
• Coordinate the team of specialists, plan the interventions, guarantee the quality of service and the respect of the deadlines by following the standards (ITIL, ITSM).
• Promote team members' development and training.
• Embody and promote the company's values and ensure they are respected and applied.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
• Professional proficiency in written English
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of IT security principles and standards
• Demonstrates an above average attention to detail including excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong consulting, presentation and organisational skills
• Ability to develop rapport with agents and other cross functional teams; ability to maintain strong working relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows
• 6 or more years' experience as an IT Manager, or similar role s and ensure they are respected and applied.
