We are seeking an IT Lead who is passionate about working with top-tier applications and cutting-edge technologies. Our ideal candidate is committed to supporting our End Users, being a knowledgeable resource to our IT Specialist, and always strives for continuous improvements. In this role, you will utilized and provide administrations to the best tools, including:

• Okta
• Duo
• GSuite
• JAMF
• Slack
• Zoom
• Atlassian

****This role is a hybrid role. We are looking for someone who can commute to our office in Fenway when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Provide excellent in-person and remote customer service to everyone at PathAI, and track your work in a ticketing system.
• Help solve intriguing technical puzzles while providing excellent customer service in person and remotely.
• Help organize and build processes to make the technology department more efficient and better able to support the organization.
• Provide expert IT knowledge to enhance the overall capabilities of the IT department. 
• Administer application using established IT standards and best practices. 
• Work independently while maintaining strong organizational skills.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. 

The work will be equally challenging and fulfilling, offering a valuable opportunity to develop expertise across various technology domains and mentor new IT Admins in a supportive environment under the guidance of the Director of Information Technology.

What You Bring

In order to get the most out of this role and be a successful IT Lead, you’ll need a healthy dose of soft skills to mix in with your technology expertise:

• Your communication is top notch, because you’re not shy to speak up when needed, and you write succinctly, always proofreading.
• At least three to five years of combined training and experience administering technology
• Adaptable and dependable, you thrive in responding to changing requirements and shifting priorities. You possess a keen eye for details and deadlines, consistently following through on commitments and goals. When plans change, you adeptly adjust and make necessary arrangements to ensure tasks are completed.
• You are dedicated and committed to getting things done.
• Absorb extensive knowledge and use all available resources to innovate and find effective solutions to challenges.
