CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced IT Knowledge Management Senior to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

In this position you should have the following; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

How you’ll create opportunities in this IT Knowledge Management Senior role:

• Develop and implement IT knowledge management strategies and processes.

• Identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to improve knowledge sharing and collaboration.

• Work with IT teams to capture and store knowledge in a centralized repository.

• Create and maintain a centralized knowledge management system to organize and share

information across the organization.

• Create and maintain knowledge management policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify knowledge management needs and

implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Train and educate IT teams on knowledge management best practices.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management strategies and make

recommendations for improvement.

• Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and accessibility of information within the knowledge

management system.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure knowledge management practices are

integrated into business processes.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in IT knowledge management.

What you will need:

  • Five years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required (combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree)

Technical Competencies

  • Experience with knowledge management, semantic classification, and data catalog tools.
  • Experience developing and managing knowledge models within Semaphore or similar products.
  • Experience with RDF/Semantic Web Ontology development, including Simple Knowledge Organizations Systems (SKOS).
  • Knowledge with RDF tools such as SPARQL and SHACL.
  • familiarity with financial taxonomies and ontologies.
  • familiarity with Microsoft-based solutions including SharePoint Online, Viva, and Syntex.
  • Strong data skills including experience with data analytics and database tools.
  • Experience with at least one programming language and structured content such as XML, HTML, etc.
