Sizin əsas vəzifə öhdəlikləriniz:
- Stolüstü və laptop tipli kompyuter, telefon, printer, skaner, proektorların, quraşdırılması, istismarı və texniki xidməti. Korporativ şəbəkəyə kabel və ya WiFi üzərində;
- Müxtəlif proqram təminatlarının kompüterə yazılması və konfiqurasiya;
- Microsoft Windows/Office sistemləri ilə bağlı problemlərin aradan götürülməsi;
- Kompüter avadanlıqlarında yaranan problemlərin təyin edilib, həll olunması;
- İT siyasəti və prosedurlarına uyğun olaraq vəzifələri yerinə yetirmək;
- Şifrələrin gizli saxlanılması;
- İT əməliyyatını dəstəkləmək məqsədi ilə Azerconnect MMC-nin qrup şirkətinə səfər etmək;
- İnformasiya axınına gətirə bilən risklərin qarşısını almaqda iştirak etmək;
- Biznesə təsir etmiş problemləri haqqında vaxtında xəbərdarlıq etmək;
- İstifadəçilərə vaxtında cavab verib və yerində dəstək göstərmək. Sorğuları dəstək masasının mühəndislərindən qəbul edib, icra etmək;
- İT əməliyyatlarına dəstək olmaq üçün qeyri-iş saatlarında işləmək;
- İT ifrastrukturun əsas sistemlerinin fasiləsiz işləməsi ücün 24x7 telefon dəstəyi;
- Əmək funksiyalarının icrasını təmin etmək məqsədilə birbaşa və şöbə rəhbərləri tərəfindən verilən şifahi, yazılı göstərişlərin və mövcud şirkətdaxili qaydaların icrası
Vəzifənin tələbləri:
- Ali təhsil;
- Sertifikatlı və ya təcrübəsi olan işçilərə üstünlük verilir;
- IT sahəsində 1 ildən çox təcrübə;
- Azərbaycan və ingilis dillərini sərbəst bilmək; rus dili üstünlük hesab edilir;
- MS Windows 7/8/10/ Server 2012/2016;
- Ms Office 2007/2010/2013/2016;
- LAN, W-LAN biliyi;
- Aparatla bağlı bütün problemlərin həll edilməsi, printerlərin, skanerlərin, faksların, IP telefonların quraşdırılması biliklərinə sahib olmaq

Your main job responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, maintenance and support of desktop computer and laptops, pstns, printers, scanners and projectors; Connection to corporate network via LAN cable or WiFi;
- Installing and configuring various softwares;
- Troubleshooting problems related with Microsoft Windows/Office systems;
- Troubleshooting problems related with computer equipment’s;
- To carry out duties according IT policy and procedures;
- Provide the confidenciality of passwords;
- Travel to Azerconnnect LLC group company premises in order to support İT operation;
- To take part in preventing any risk of information leakages;
- Perform notification about business affected problems on the network in time;
- Provide timely response and onsite support for end users. Receive requests from the 1st line and execute;
- To work in non-traditional business hours in support of IT operations;
- 24X7 on call support for mission critical systems of the IT Infrastructure;
- Fulfilling working duties execution of the immediate superviser & department manager’s verbal & written instructions as well as following the existing internal rules
Your job requirements:
- Higher education;
- Sertified/Expirienced employees preferrable;
- 1 years of expirience in IT field;
- Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English; Russian is an advantage;
- Ms Windows 7/8/10/ Server 2012/2016;
- Ms Office 2007/2010/2013/2016;
- Knowledge LAN, W-LAN;
- Fix all problems with hardware, have knowledge in installing printers, scanners, copy machines, faxes, IP phones
