Objective of the position:
Work with an agile and motivated team to develop Internet of Things (IOT) / Azure system interfaces and features for the Manufacturing Control System (MCS) under the IT manufacturing and Shop floor systems area, utilizing .Net (dot Net) technology, work closely with Business Systems analyst and development team in both Mexico and the U.S. to design, develop and document key functionality and interfaces.
Indispensable Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as an .NET application developer required
- Experience as a programmer is required SQL and relational databases experience required
- Experience integrating web services and APIs required
- Ability to come up with accurate development estimates based on high-level business and/or technical requirements required
- Knowledge and experience with agile development methodologies preferred

Academic Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related technical area with at least 1 years of experience.

Main Functions:
- Software development.
- Deliver quality software / code in a timely manner following the DTNA Secure Coding standards
- Ensure software developed adheres to best practices and quality standards through code and design reviews.
- Support the IT project team including daily communication of project status, assist IT project manager as needed. Support IT MCS and asociated system activities
- Actively work with internal customers, and suppliers to analyze business needs, gather and document business and system requirements.
- Perform as-is business process analysis and development; develop creative, best in class to-be processes and systems. Work with plant IT team for hardware set up.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams develop and support
- requirements gathering, design reviews, functional testing and user acceptance testing. Document technically sound and comprehensive use cases/functional designs and closely interact with developers and IT project team.
- Support and maintain existing and new applications and systems as required by providing technical resolutions and proper execution of change requests and general issues fixes.
- Troubleshoot application problems and propose optimal resolutions.
- Responsible for optimization of system applications. Conduct peer code reviews. Troubleshoot application problems and document outcomes. Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technology trends
