Position Summary:
The IT Intern role includes providing technical support, assisting with systems maintenance, and contributing to IT-related projects. Interns will gain hands-on experience with hardware, software, and network systems while supporting daily IT operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:
• Gain knowledge of company IT systems and infrastructure.
• Assist in evaluating and improving IT processes.
• Support troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Maintain documentation of systems and procedures.
• Analyze system data to identify improvements.
• Prepare basic technical reports.
• Build technical knowledge through training and collaboration.
• Contribute to team objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Duties:
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support system maintenance, updates, and installations.
• Help monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in small IT projects, including system upgrades or process improvements.
• Assist in documenting IT procedures and creating user guides.
• Help manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Collect and analyze system performance data and IT-related metrics.
ATTRIBUTES:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
