This internship provides hands-on experience with computer systems, networks, and user support, offering the chance to learn from experienced IT professionals in a real-world business environment.
*Currently enrolled as a student in a recognized educational institution in Greece, obligated and/or eligible to participate in an internship program as required by Greek law.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and peripherals
- Provide basic technical support to staff (hardware, software, and network issues)
- Help monitor and maintain network systems, backups, and security tools
- Document IT procedures, incidents, and solutions
- Support the IT team with routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and troubleshooting common tech issues
- Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Eager to learn and able to handle confidential information responsibly
