About the Role

TensorWave is seeking a motivated IT Intern to support day-to-day IT operations and

infrastructure initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience working with modern hardware, enterprise systems, networking environments, and IT support processes. The intern will collaborate closely with IT staff to maintain system performance, resolve technical issues, and contribute to internal technology projects.

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical support for employee hardware, software, and network connectivity

• Assist with system setup, configuration, imaging, and deployment

• Support troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals

• Help maintain IT asset inventory and documentation

• Monitor system performance and escalate issues when necessary

• Assist with user account management and access provisioning

• Support cybersecurity best practices, updates, and patch management

• Participate in IT infrastructure or automation projects

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)

• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, VPN concepts)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Eagerness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to scripting or automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms or virtualization tools

• Understanding of security best practices and endpoint protection

• Experience using helpdesk or ticketing systems
