KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executes end-user support within the limits determined by the IT Infrastructure team.
- Tries to identify operational problems and contribute to their solutions.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Functional / Technical Competencies:
Essential
• Sufficient knowledge of Information Technologies end-user support
• Intermediate technical English
Education / Qualifications:
Essential
• Being a recent graduate or studying in departments related to Information Technologies or equivalent departments of universities
• Having basic knowledge of Microsoft-based Operating System and MS Office applications to be able to install and manage these products.
