Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
- Set up and configure computer workstations, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install and maintain software applications.
- Basic knowledge of networking, Identity Access Management (IAM), and google workspace environments.
- Document support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment.
Qualifications
- Studying information technology or related areas (from the second semester onwards)
- English proficiency
