Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop small features or modules for ongoing projects.
- Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation for code, features, and processes.
- Document lessons learned, challenges encountered, and solutions implemented.
- Learn and apply new programming languages, frameworks, or tools as required by the project.
- Help maintain IT documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting manuals.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and technical discussions.
- Engage in agile methodologies by contributing to sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Assist with integration testing and troubleshooting issues reported by users under the guidance of senior team members
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the IT team.
Desired Credentials:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux), and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, cloud services, and cybersecurity best practices is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
