A Day in the Life of IT Intern at PROS:

• Internal IT Support for EMEA employees - new user set up, on and offboarding, troubleshooting of user systems, trouble shooting of office infrastructure such as printers, office network, shared files, etc.;

• Hardware and Software support. This includes but is not limited to printer setup, user office moves, etc.;

• Troubleshoot and resolve systems, application, and hardware issues.

• Learn how technical documentation is written and how to communicate with business owners on technical issues

Required Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess the rare combination of the following achievements, skills and behaviors:

• Basic knowing in computer hardware and software – Windows, Office, Internet

• Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills;

• Good communication skills;

• Good command of English;

• Technical Education
