Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Infrastructure Operations Fresher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a desire to learn about infrastructure management and operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructure.

Support in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Participate in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new systems and applications.

Collaborate with senior team members to ensure optimal performance of infrastructure.

Document processes and procedures for infrastructure operations.

Learn and adhere to best practices in IT operations and security protocols.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Basic understanding of networking concepts and operating systems.

Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
