Key Expectations

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements

Analyze data to provide insights for informed decisions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes

Participate in UAT to validate system functionality

Support project managers in executing projects

Troubleshoot recurring problems and perform installations
Minimum Qualifications

Working towards a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline

Basic understanding of IT systems and infrastructure

Familiarity with project management principles

Knowledge of business process analysis

Understanding of IT service management

Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques

Familiarity with IT compliance and risk management

Understanding of IT budgeting and cost management

Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve business-related issues
