Job Summary:
As an IT Desktop Support Intern, you are to provide day-to-day PC/LAN technical support for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems (software and hardware) of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Help monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Support new users with account setup, password issues, and basic computer orientation.
- Assist in troubleshooting computer and network problems.
- Contribute to the maintenance and updating of computer systems.
- Help diagnose computer hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with routine work deliverables and requests.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
- Provide regular updates to the IT team.
- Participate in Project of Process Improvement.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- A willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
Must have (OJT):
- Memorandum of Agreement to be signed by both parties
- Minimum of 400 OJT hours
- In-Office
- Must be willing to work in Makati City, 8 AM - 5 PM Manila time Monday to Friday, with minimal coverage during holidays and weekends.

Skills Required
