Job Summary: 

As an IT Desktop Support Intern, you are to provide day-to-day PC/LAN technical support for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems (software and hardware) of the company.


Responsibilities:

  • Help monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Support new users with account setup, password issues, and basic computer orientation.
  • Assist in troubleshooting computer and network problems.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and updating of computer systems.
  • Help diagnose computer hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist with routine work deliverables and requests.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Provide regular updates to the IT team.
  • Participate in Project of Process Improvement.


Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • A willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal

Must have (OJT):

  • Memorandum of Agreement to be signed by both parties
  • Minimum of 400 OJT hours
  • In-Office 
  • Must be willing to work in Makati City, 8 AM - 5 PM Manila time Monday to Friday, with minimal coverage during holidays and weekends.

Skills Required
