Job Summary
• Lead and improve analytical programs and present the results of your business unit/category/region to leaders.
• Analyze the variable, granular data of your business and regularly use advanced models to deliver business insights across diverse business domains.
• Demonstrate use of data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Excel), and analytic tools (Python, R, SQL, KNIME/Alteryx) to grasp the business insights from our mountains of data
• Work with cybersecurity to ensure the security of our IT environment, including compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Execute a robust IT change management process, preventing incidents/unplanned outages.
• Ensure IT Continuity planning is in place (Infrastructure and application continuity, IT resiliency, operational & disaster recovery).
- Provide comprehensive technical assistance for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems, along with software and hardware components.
- Develop comprehensive training manuals and formulate other essential technical documents.
- Efficiently respond to queries through phone calls, instant messaging, or web tickets.
- Facilitate logging of tickets for incidents and service requests on behalf of IT users.
- Conduct technical training for IT users.
Key Responsibilities:
• User Onboarding/Offboarding:
• Assist with adding/removing new users to platforms such as Google Workspace, Krisp, Zoom, Slack, and LastPass.
• Inventory and Asset Tracking:
• Support the IT team in managing inventory, including tracking hardware and software assets.
• Ensure accurate records of IT equipment and licenses.
• Ticket Management:
• Handle IT tickets, including password resets, app installations, and adding/removing users in Slack channels.
• Prioritize and route tickets to the appropriate team members (Finance, IT Manager, or self) as needed.
• Documentation and Knowledge Base Updates:
• Assist in creating and updating how-to guides and IT documentation on the Notion IT page.
• Ensure all resources are clear, accurate, and accessible for internal users.
• Administrative Support:
• Create shipping labels for IT-related shipments as required.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the IT team as needed.
