IT Intern – Data Cleanup Support (Dynamics 365)

• Assist in auditing and cleansing vendor and customer accounts data within Dynamics 365

• Identify duplicate, outdated, or inactive records and support their consolidation or deactivation

• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to validate data and ensure consistency with business rules

• Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm the accuracy and completeness of master data

• Support implementation of naming conventions and standardization across data sets

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Diligence and ability to follow structured processes

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus

• You are a self-starter who is passionate about creating lasting change within emerging markets
• Enthusiastic about working in sometimes challenging environments
• High tolerance for ambiguity and an ability to operate effectively in a changing context
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences
• Ability to build strong relationships with partners and colleagues in challenging environments 

Location

Candidates will join our team in Johannesburg, South Africa (as a remote role).
