Job Overview
As an IT Integrator, you will be a key player in the cooperation between IT and Business stakeholders. You drive to make complex changes happen within and across Tribes. Your holistic view as well as your knowledge of both Business and IT are crucial in translating business requirements into business value. You align between squads – from the same or
different Tribe(s) – and other parts of the organization and manage dependencies.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering trust, transparency, and collaboration through culturally aware communication and regular touchpoints.
• Ensures smooth squad deliveries while actively engaging with the stakeholders to gather requirements, manage priorities in the backlog, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor team workload and optimize resource allocation to ensure balanced capacity across initiatives, preventing delivery bottlenecks, burnout risks, and periods of idle time.
• Interpretation of business rules and functional and non-functional requirements to define technical specifications based on an architectural design provided in terms of interaction among systems, data exchange, transformations following a specific design methodology
• Participates and cooperates in shaping activities, participates in feasibility analyses for new or upgraded initiatives (Epic and User Story) assessing the impacts for IT as well as participating and supporting developers in the development phase
• Performs detailed, functional and technical analysis/design
• Test support and problem determination
• Breaks down requirements and technical solution into appropriate section (User Story) examining costs, benefits and risks of various options before selecting an approach; explanation/justification of decisions in a logical and systematic manner
Key Capabilities/Experience
• 5+ years of experience in software development projects preferably in Agile methodology
• Experience in business analysis, process design and optimization and E2E software delivery
• Excellent knowledge of the existing IT architecture (for the relevant domain) and technical flows
• Experience in designing backend solutions and developing applications with Java on/with J2EE platform, Spring, Spring Boot
• Good communication skills in English, strong communication and presentation skills (telling – selling) across different skill and seniority levels

• Analytic skills for creating end-to-end solutions
• A team player mindset, with a 'make it happen' mentality, eager to learn and the ability to coach others
• Main areas of knowledge:
o Microservices architecture and domain design model
o Advanced experience in the development of REST & SOAP application services
o Technology landscape (application level) of the relevant domain
o DBMS and SQL (e.g., Oracle, PL/ SQL)
o JUnit testing, test driven development and Spring integration testing
o UML standards
o Agile paradigm
o Scrum
o Knowledge of financial services or other regulated industries is an advantage
