IT Infrastructure Support Intern
Service Express is looking for an IT Infrastructure Support Intern to assist with help desk support, system administration tasks, including Active Directory and Group Policy updates, Office 365 support, printing, and security products such as Crowd Strike anti-malware and Proofpoint web filtering. There will also be exposure to network administration responsibilities, including monitoring network utilization and helping support overall network performance.
What does an IT Infrastructure Support Intern do?
- Providing support on varied levels to our end users
- Assist with the O365 platform
- Assist with the O365 ticket escalations and infrastructure projects
- Assist with system updates in addition to helping users identify and diagnose hardware and software problems
- Support the team on special technology projects and initiatives as needed
- Provide support for applications supplied by the infrastructure team
- You may work on servers, back-ups, storage systems and networking

Other:
- Salary range $16 - $20/hr
- In-office, Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (flexibility with school schedule)
- Travel between Sparks and Broadmoor offices - must have access to vehicle/drivers license
