The IT Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for delivering infrastructure projects across Network, Platform & Hosting, and related IT domains. This role applies established project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall) to plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
At this level, the role requires solid functional knowledge, ability to solve straightforward project challenges, and operate with moderate guidance while building deeper expertise in infrastructure delivery and organizational processes.
Project Delivery & Execution
- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects (network upgrades, data center/hosting modernization, cloud migrations, etc.)
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; track mitigation actions
- Ensure adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Network, Platform, Security, EUC, Service Desk)
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Facilitate governance forums, steering updates, and status reporting
Methodology & Tools
- Apply Agile (Scrum), hybrid, and traditional (Waterfall) delivery methodologies based on project needs
- Use ServiceNow for demand, project tracking, change management, and reporting
- Utilize standard PM tools for scheduling, documentation, and reporting
Operational Alignment
- Align projects with IT operational processes (incident, change, release management)
- Ensure smooth transition of delivered solutions into operations and support teams
- Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and process optimization
- Experience managing IT infrastructure projects (Network, Hosting, Platform, Cloud)
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and traditional project delivery methodologies
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Project/ITSM modules preferred)
- Solid understanding of infrastructure environments (data centers, cloud platforms, enterprise networks)
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured environment

Skills Required
