Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing with vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Resolve any issues or disputes with vendors in a timely and effective manner.
IT Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Ensure the infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable to meet the company's needs.
- Implement and manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Asset Management:
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware and software.
- Ensure proper lifecycle management of IT assets, from procurement to disposal.
- Conduct regular audits of IT assets and update records accordingly.
- Optimize the use of IT assets to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor a team of IT professionals.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor degree or higher in related fields IT, Computer Engineering
- 10 years experience
- Professional certification in related system
- Team management : 2 to 3 years experience as manager or lead
