IT Infrastructure Engineer

Reporting to the IT Manager and part of the IT Project & Cybersecurity team of 5 people, you will contribute to the quality of Sia's network infrastructure, security, and advanced-level support across our 45 offices in 19 countries, with a strong focus on the company's Meraki and UniFi network environment. 

Your key responsibilities include: 

• Design, deployment, and maintenance of the company's Meraki network infrastructure, including firewall administration. 

• Design, deployment, and maintenance of the company's UniFi network infrastructure: switches, access points (AP), and related equipment. 

• Installation and configuration of network equipment: access points, switches, firewalls, and low-voltage cabling. 

• Network configuration and setup for new and international office openings. 

• Administration of part of the Microsoft environment: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure. 

• Design, development, and execution of complex PowerShell/Python scripts and API integrations (e.g., Microsoft Graph API) to automate network and administration tasks. 

• Level 3 support on complex network and application issues (Wi-Fi connectivity, security, Intune, etc.). 

• Data migration via ShareGate / Microsoft Graph API scripting. 

• Writing and maintaining technical documentation and user guides. 

• Participation in IT integration as part of new company acquisitions. 

• Occasional international travel outside India, as required. 

• You have at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in network infrastructure administration. 

• Proven, hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti UniFi network solutions is required. 

• You have solid networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and low-voltage cabling. 

• You have experience administering the Microsoft environment: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure. 

• You have strong scripting skills (PowerShell and/or Python) and experience with API integrations (e.g., Microsoft Graph API), applied to automation and administration. 

• You have a good understanding of cloud architectures and cybersecurity practices. 

• Fluent English, written and spoken, is mandatory to interact with international teams. 

• You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and your ability to interact with senior stakeholders (VIP support). 

• Your key strengths include prioritization, autonomy, rigor, and teamwork. 

• You are proactive, open-minded, and results-oriented. 

• You are willing to travel internationally outside India, as required.
