Job Description- Manage and optimize Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and Microsoft Intune environments;
- Deploy and maintain software, operating systems, and security updates;
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex 3rd-level incidents;
- Manage co-management, compliance policies, and software update processes;
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell;
- Support global IT teams and contribute to Modern Workplace initiatives;
- Create and maintain technical documentation;
- Acting as a point of escalation, providing guidance and support as required.
- Several years of experience with SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune;
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11,Windows Server, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Group Policies;
- Experience in software deployment, patch management, and endpoint security;
- Solid PowerShell scripting skills;
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities;
- Fluent English.
