The ERP Platform Engineer is a seasoned technical expert who focuses on engineering, managing, and optimizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, such as SAP, to ensure robust performance and scalability. Job Responsibilities
Scope / (Content Leadership) & Accountability/Problem Solving: Takes ownership of ambiguous tasks and topics in the "grey zone" (where there is no defined owner) and successfully drives small to medium (S/M) initiatives at the project, squad, or product level. Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent working experience.
Hands-on experience (3+ years) with infrastructure technologies like Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, VMWare vSphere/Nutanix Acropolis, Backup and Recovery systems, and MS SQL Server.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus, and networking expertise (Arista, Palo Alto, etc.) would be awesome too!
A Lean/Agile and DevOps mindset, with exposure to Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Ansible, PowerShell DSC) and automated build/release test and deployment.
Knowledge of Agile Frameworks (SAFe) and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, LEAN) would be a plus.
A bold and innovative mindset, ready to think beyond boundaries, collaborate effectively, and take controlled risks.
Proficient in English, and if you speak Spanish or German, that's even better!
