Roles & Responsibilities
- Dashboard Development & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI or code-based tools (Python ,PHP)
- Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate dashboard development and data analysis
- Create executive KPI reports and operational summaries (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Ensure data accuracy and optimize dashboard performance
- Gather and document complex reporting requirements from business stakeholders
- Present data insights and recommendations to technical teams and senior leadership
- Conduct requirement workshops and feedback sessions
- Create user guides and training materials for dashboards
- Drive changes and adherence
- Monitor infrastructure metrics: MTTA, MTTR, SLA/OLA adherence, ticket trends
- Identify anomalies and patterns in infrastructure performance
- Follow-up on metrics and work with teams to adhere to good inter- tight SLAs.
- Correlate incidents with changes and deployments
- Apply ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Track and report on service delivery metrics
- Support continuous service improvement initiatives
- Ensure accuracy of data from monitoring tools and ITSM platforms
- Document metric definitions and calculation methods
Required Skillsets
- Dashboard & Reporting Skills (Primary)
- Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query) OR Python/PHP for dashboard development
- Excel (pivot tables, charts, data analysis)
- AI tools experience (Copilot, Claude AI) for code generation and analysis
- Communication Skills (Critical)
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong presentation skills for senior leadership
- Stakeholder management and requirement gathering experience
- This requires good interpersonal communication skills, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- ITIL Foundation
- ITIL v3/v4 certification or demonstrable knowledge
- Understanding of Incident, Problem, Change Management processes
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
- Knowledge of SLA/OLA and service metrics
- Infrastructure & Cloud Basics
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (especially AWS)
- Understanding of infrastructure monitoring concepts
- Knowledge of alerts, logs, metrics, and availability concepts
- Other Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities
