We are looking for an IT Helpdesk to join our team and to support our meaningful growth.
What Will You Do?
- Provide first-line technical support for Windows workstations, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues
- Prepare, deploy, and configure computers for new employees
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage IT inventory, including laptops, accessories, licenses, and spare equipment
- Maintain documentation, asset records, and IT procedures
- Assist with endpoint security tasks, including antivirus management, device encryption, and security updates
- Help educate users on cybersecurity best practices and company IT policies
- 2 years of IT support experience (internships or military experience considered)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and OS’s
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Fluent in Hebrew; good working knowledge of English
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Familiarity with Intune or other endpoint management tools
- Experience with ticketing systems (service-now – advantage)
- Understanding cybersecurity
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or Google IT Support are a plus
- Curious and eager to learn
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help others
Skills Required

What We Do
Vectorious Medical Technologies develops the V-LAP platform, an investigational implantable sensor for real-time heart-failure management. Implanted in the heart’s interatrial septum, it measures left atrial pressure and transmits daily data to support physician-guided, patient self-management of chronic heart failure. The company aims to develop scalable therapies based on implantable sensing platforms that provide reliable, actionable clinical information and help reduce disease deterioration and hospitalizations.
