Working as part of a team, you will maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals, networks, and telephone systems, support and maintain user account information including rights, security and systems groups and respond to requests for assistance from end users.
An intern would provide valuable assistance with day-to-day operations including user support, troubleshooting, system monitoring and project work.
This position requires an Associate’s degree in a computer or information technology discipline, or equivalent industry experience and demonstrable technical skill. To perform this job successfully candidates must have at least one year of experience in computer systems administration on supported client operation systems (Windows).

The intern would report directly to the Senior IT Manager while working and learning with all the members of the Infrastructure and Technical Support team at various times.
