Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support resolves and closes incidents/service requests as per help desk procedures
- Support Inventory & purchasing IT devices/ tools
- Support onboard and exit process
- Conducts hardware, software maintenance and support
- Support maintenance Wired network and Wireless
- Support monitor, manage and maintain servers, data backup system schedules
Qualifications
- Have knowledge of Linux, Windows
- Good understanding of virtualization platforms (Xen, KVM, Vmware,..)
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, routing, firewall device
- Basic English communication
Nice to have
- Certifications of CCNA, MCSA
- Office365 Administrator
- Azure Administrator
