The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for first-level support, routine maintenance and repairs of hardware and software, diagnosing network issues, and managing IT inventory. They will deploy PCs for new employees and maintain network servers and cloud services such as AWS and GSP.

- Provide immediate first level support; Whether via phone or remote access including to problem resolution for software/hardware.
- Routine maintenance of the HW and SW according to agreed plans.
- Perform minor software and minor hardware repairs.
- Diagnosing errors, troubleshoot & maintain network connections or any other computer systems.
- Maintain inventory of all IT equipment.
- Handle all documentation for hardware and software, maintenance and problem resolutions.
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support or external consultant.
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
- Maintain network servers such as file servers, AD, Print server....etc
- Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
- Manage and maintain the cloud service (AWS and GSP).
Job Requirements
- BC. S in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Experience:3-5 Years’ experience
- Familiar with applications and software
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking
- Excellent user of MS office applications
- Knowledge in networking (VPN, virtualization, and firewall) “Mandatory”
- Knowledge in switches and routers “Mandatory”
- Knowledge in servers and storage (Dell, HP, IBM …. etc)
- Knowledge in VMware
- CCNA & MCSE knowledge
- strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
