As an IT Help Desk Tech Support Level 1, you will be delivering problem resolution, notification, and escalation for general IS-related issues.
What You’ll Do
- Daily you will be supporting an enterprise of 18 thousand employees handling tickets for password resets, outlook issues and office suite issues.
- Support platforms and technology such as multifactor identification, new user logins, and new system installations. You will assist in installing software or troubleshooting hardware issues if applicable. Most troubleshooting will take place via phone or chat.
What You’ll Need
- To thrive in this role, you must enjoy working on a team.
- Your comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment.
- You have worked previously with a customer service environment and enjoys helping others.
