Level: Entry-Level / Early Career

Are you passionate about cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management? World Kinect is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented GRC Analyst I to join our dynamic Information Security team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a global organization, contributing to initiatives that protect and empower our business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional partners to gather, document, and analyze compliance and risk requirements.

• Learn & Apply Frameworks: Build expertise in regulatory standards like ISO 27001, NIST, and CMMC, and understand how they apply to real-world business processes.

• Support GRC Operations: Help implement and maintain tools, policies, and procedures that strengthen compliance and reduce risk.

• Communicate Insights: Create clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to share audit findings, risk assessments, and compliance status.

• Assist with Audits: Participate in internal audits, risk assessments, and third-party due diligence activities.

• Promote Awareness: Contribute to the development and delivery of security awareness and compliance training programs.

• Drive Innovation: Explore AI tools to enhance GRC workflows, reporting, and decision-making.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in GRC, cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management.

• Foundational knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and compliance frameworks.

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with GRC platforms, Jira, and Confluence is a plus.

• Exposure to Agile environments through coursework or experience is beneficial.

• A proactive, self-motivated mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
