With a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot, AI innovation, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Digital Workplace services, you will help colleagues and business leaders maximize the value of technology while ensuring services remain secure, reliable, and user-focused.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to support the adoption and effective use of Microsoft Copilot, AI solutions, SharePoint, Power Platform, and other Digital Workplace technologies. 
  • Drive functional support, service improvements, and continuous optimization of End User Computing (EUC) and Digital Workplace services. 
  • Support Canon's AI Innovation Hub by helping identify, implement, and scale practical AI use cases across the business. 
  • Provide expert guidance to users, project teams, and business leaders on workplace technologies and best practices. 
  • Coordinate and deliver technology improvements, small change initiatives, and Digital Workplace projects across multiple countries and business functions
  • Work closely with architects, technical specialists, suppliers, and project teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and business requirements. 
  • Develop user guidance, training materials, support documentation, and knowledge-sharing resources that improve technology adoption and user experience. 
  • Monitor service performance, investigate issues, and contribute to ongoing service improvements. 
  • Lead proof-of-concepts and help assess emerging technologies that could bring value to Canon's employees and business operations. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating technical concepts into clear and practical business language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

Qualifications

Must Have

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting End User Computing (EUC), Digital Workplace, Modern Workplace, IT Functional Support, or similar technologies. 
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and related collaboration tools. 
  • Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, AI solutions, automation technologies, or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and end users alike. 
  • Experience working in international environments and collaborating with geographically distributed teams. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, taking ownership of initiatives and delivering results. 
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot deployments, AI agents, Generative AI, or AI adoption initiatives. 
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). 
  • Knowledge of Python or other technologies relevant to AI and automation. 
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace technologies. 
  • Understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL practices. 
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
