This position is a hybrid - part BA work but mostly financial analysis but mainly brain storming, designing and implementing an asset management system. They will also maintain going forward.

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs tasks with increasing complexity and tasks requiring detailed analysis and research. Creativity and independent decision making is required. Reports to OCIO Business Services Division Administrator.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, document, and manage the IT business processes associated with asset and license management for the OCIO and participating agencies.
  • Develop, document, and manage the IT business processes associated with buying of goods and services for the OCIO and participating agencies.
  • Work in conjunction with the OCIO contract managers to develop, document and manage the procurement of goods and services for the OCIO and participating agencies.
  • Process, monitor and track IT financial transactions of the OCIO.
  • Analyze the IT business, budget and financial trends of the OCIO
  • Create and delivery reports to OCIO management on the IT business, budget and financial trends of the OCIO

Possess strong communication skills

  • Able to work on multiple concurrent projects
  • Ability to complete assignments timely and submit weekly status reports indicating progress of assigned tasks, performance against assigned project due dates, and identification and suggested resolution for issues having a potential to adversely impact performance and/or the project.
  • Shall maintain a positive working relationship with coworkers, supervisors and customers and present a positive team environment and customer focus.
  • Shall adhere to OCIO work rules
