Job Description:
The area of Consolidation and Reporting is on a Transformation journey, implementing new systems such as OneStream, BPS, and FinSight that will allow the retirement of legacy systems HFM, Helios and FIS for Mars.
In parallel, we are under review of FinTech vs GDO organizations, to understand how the teams are going to split the Product/Platform teams, becoming very critical this BDS Product Manager role.
What are we looking for?Strong experience in IT Finance systems/product management (Consolidation & Reporting preferred).
Proven track record in team leadership & development, vendor management, and service delivery.
Solid understanding of ITIL processes, Agile methods, and project management.
Ability to partner with business stakeholders and translate needs into IT solutions.
Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills in a global environment.
Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and talent development.
Own the Product: Accountable for IT Finance products and services, from strategy through lifecycle management.
Shape Strategy: Partner with leadership to define IT Finance roadmaps aligned with business transformation and operational excellence.
Lead & Inspire: Manage and develop a global team, fostering collaboration, growth, and succession planning.
Drive Excellence: Ensure service and development performance with third-party vendors, monitoring SLAs, availability, and quality.
Partner with the Business: Act as an escalation point for Finance stakeholders, addressing demands, and ensuring solutions add real business value.
Collaborate Globally: Work cross-functionally with teams across platforms, security, database, and deployment to deliver seamless solutions.
Manage Investments: Oversee budget and resource allocation for IT Finance products.
Champion Agility: Role model agile ways of working and continuously seek improvements.
Build Community: Strengthen the network of key users, product owners, and functional experts to scale knowledge across Mars.
