Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in  standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working / processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. Responsibilities - your mission

Finance is embarking on a major transformation journey involving IM solutions for Treasury and Trading.

In this role you will be responsible to manage the Treasury platforms and to contribute to treasury projects within the Treasury IM solution department serving for all Airbus Divisions and its subsidiaries.

You will work in a multifunctional team context close to the business ensuring the technical operation of the platforms in a truly international environment linking business, IM teams and external system and service providers.

Tasks & accountabilities:

As Treasury IT Expert your main tasks and responsibilities includes:

• Support the design and implementation phases 

• Guidance and support on customer needs implementation

• Ensure business continuity supporting changes and release management

From operational view you will ensure support on Cash Management applications:

• Monitor Treasury applications and external connections with subsidiaries, banks, among others

• Incident management

• Ensure services availabilities

• Support to external partners connections

• Contribute to continuous process improvement and also strengthen Treasury security processes: Cyber Monitoring, Audits

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

• Proactive and solution-oriented

• Investigative mindset

• Customer-service oriented with communication skills

• Master degree level in Computer Science or any equivalent qualification

• Minimum 4 years’ experience within a position connecting IT and Business

• Project management and methodology & Process experience (i-e: ITIL…)

• Ability to work in an international context connecting multiple departments and to be a team player

• Fluency in English is mandatory 

Technical Expertise:

• Experienced in Operational System (OS) Management and DB System Management, such as: Windows Servers 2016, 2019 administration, interconnection and architecture (network flow, protocol, …), security (certificate, encryption,...), scripting (Powershell, Bash).

• Advanced knowledge of different technologies such as: Windows Server, Linux, virtualization (e.g. VMWare, Citrix, …), middleware (Axway will be a plus), server application (e.g. Apache, Tomcat, IIS, …) and Oracle, MS SQL, SQL server.

• Operational experience with a proactive attitude and project management skills, knowledgeable in IT standards ITIL, ITSM and knowledgeable of common methodologies (e.g. DevOps, Agile)
