About this role
As our IT Experience Engineer, you’ll build and optimise our SOE, managing the platforms behind it—including virtual desktops. You’ll ensure a seamless day-to-day tech experience across our hubs, spanning connectivity, meeting room tech, printing and desk booking.

About you
The ideal candidate brings five years’ experience working within large, complex or multi-site environments, with a strong ability to navigate varied technologies and stakeholder needs. You’ve managed technology projects end-to-end, including vendor coordination, and are experienced in administering management and monitoring systems.

Strong interpersonal skills are essential in this role—you’re an effective communicator who builds trusted relationships across the business. With a customer-focused mindset, you actively listen, engage stakeholders and deliver a high-quality IT experience aligned to business needs.

You’ll bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in an IT related discipline

  • Ability to multi-task, challenge the status quo and adapt to changes quickly

  • Proven experience with the following technology types:

    • Cloud technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, and other Microsoft VDI technologies

    • Administration of InTune environments

    • Jamf & Airwatch management platforms

    • Active Directory/Group Policy/DNS

    • Network Administration – Routing/Switching/Firewalls/Wireless / SD-WAN

  • Meeting room hardware such as Neat, Crestron and Polycom

  • Professional IT Certifications such as , Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MD-102 EndPoint Administrator, Azure AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, AWS SysOps Administrator (preferred)

Skills Required

  • Tertiary qualifications in an IT related discipline
