About the Role:
We are looking for an IT Executive with 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and user support. The candidate will handle firewalls, servers, storage, cloud resources (AWS/Azure), VPNs, Intune, and Microsoft Purview policies, along with laptop/desktop onboarding, IT asset management, and end-user support to ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure & Security
- Configure and manage FortiGate Firewall (policies, SSL VPN, Site-to-Site VPN, NAT, security profiles).
- Deploy and monitor AWS and Azure cloud services (VMs, storage, networking, backups).
- Install, configure, and support Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
- Manage Intune policies (device compliance, app protection, conditional access).
- Implement and monitor Microsoft Purview (DLP, data classification, compliance).
- Manage file servers, RAID/NAS/SAN storage, and backup/restore operations.
- Ensure network uptime (LAN/Wi-Fi/WAN) and resolve connectivity issues.
End-User Support
- Provide L1/L2 support for laptops, desktops, printers, and applications.
- Handle employee onboarding/offboarding (laptop/desktop setup, email/AD/Intune accounts, access rights).
- Troubleshoot issues related to VPN, Office 365, and collaboration tools.
- Ensure endpoint security with antivirus, patching, and updates.
Asset & Documentation
- Manage IT asset inventory (laptops, desktops, servers, network devices, software licenses).
- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and change logs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure & support.
- Knowledge of FortiGate Firewall (VPN, policies, NAT).
- Experience with AWS & Azure cloud administration.
- Strong skills in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
- Experience with Intune device compliance and Microsoft Purview DLP policies.
- Good understanding of storage (RAID, NAS, SAN) and backup tools.
- Hands-on experience with laptop/desktop onboarding and IT asset management.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
