 Job Over View:
We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Engineer to manage user authentication and lifecycle across Okta, AD, and Google Workspace.
You will implement SSO integrations, maintain secure access controls, and ensure device compliance via Intune and Jamf.
This role includes providing Tier 2/3 support and resolving complex technical issues.
You'll be responsible for software deployment, endpoint security, and automation scripting.
Collaboration with IT and Security teams to meet compliance and risk standards is key.
Ideal candidates have strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with modern IT tools and cloud platforms
Job Location: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage user lifecycle and authentication through Okta, Active Directory, and Google Workspace.

• Implement and maintain SSO integrations, ensuring seamless system provisioning/deprovisioning and secure access controls.

• Administer Microsoft Intune and Jamf to deploy, configure, and monitor corporate devices, maintaining device compliance through policy enforcement and patch management.

• Provide Tier 2 & Tier 3 support, managing and resolving service tickets to ensure timely and effective solutions for escalated technical issues.

• Deploy and manage a range of software tools and platforms, while implementing and monitoring security tools to enforce endpoint protection and security policies.

• Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows to streamline operations and minimize manual effort.

• Collaborate closely with IT and Security teams to align compliance and risk management strategies.

Qualification and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, or a related field

• 4+ years of experience as a IT executive
  Networking knowledge (VPN, SSL, Firewall, routing, and switching).

• Experience with automation tools like PowerShell and Bash.

• Familiarity with ITSM platforms and ticketing systems.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Understanding of modern cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP, AWS).

• Hands-on experience with Okta, AD, Intune, Jamf, and Google Workspace.
