What You'll Responsible For:
Develop automated tracking forms to streamline shore-based vessel monitoring systems.
Integrate documents in SharePoint with Tableau web portals to enable analytical data visualization.
Automate existing forms to extract and transfer data seamlessly into monitoring tools.
Develop in-house applications for monitoring and operational purposes.
Provide IT support and troubleshooting assistance to staff on a daily basis.
Maintain and enhance Microsoft Office tools for improved efficiency and productivity.
What Experience and Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or similar tertiary education.
Experience in automation, data integration, and application development.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and working with macros.
Strong knowledge of Power BI.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and ability to create visually captivating presentations.
Experience in scripting and automation tools for data processing.
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot IT-related issues effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fresh graduate are also welcome to apply.
