Job Description Summary:
The Manager, Corporate Systems ERP provides leadership, strategic guidance, analysis, and tactical planning for the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystem in Workday. Those systems include but is not limited to—Workday HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, UKG Timekeeping and Advance Scheduling, ServiceNow, O365, and related enterprise applications.This role leads both people and processes, ensuring effective system configuration, business process management, security administration, integration, reporting, and analytics. The manager partners closely with IT, clinical, business, and operational leaders to advance technology capabilities, align work to strategic initiatives, and drive operational excellence. The role also manages outcomes delivered by third party suppliers and oversees relationships with internal stakeholders across the enterprise.
Manages the daily operational activities that develop and implement tactical plans for multiple components/processes for a specified area within IT.
Drives innovation throughout the organization by challenging existing norms, thinking differently, and understanding how technology can be leveraged. The advisor works directly with clinical and business leaders to prioritize initiatives to align with OhioHealth and IS strategies.

Responsibilities And Duties:
Strategic Leadership & Roadmap Management – 20%Provides strategic input and supports organizational initiatives to align ERP and application roadmaps with enterprise strategy.
Defines short‑ and long‑term goals for system architecture, data flows, business processes, integrations, and reporting.
Collaborates with clinical and business leaders to prioritize initiatives that support OhioHealth’s mission and IS strategy.
Operations, Optimization & Daily Management – 30%
Oversees daily operational performance of ERP and related systems, ensuring high availability, quality, and alignment with best practices.
Designs, communicates, and implements enhancements or new functionality that advance associate experience and business outcomes.
Analyzes, plans, and coordinates work with application vendors and internal teams.
Ensures compliance with configuration, change, security, service continuity, and incident/problem management standards.
Application Development, Deployment & Lifecycle Management – 25%
Facilitates requirements definition, solution design, and operational model development for new ERP capabilities.
Coordinates build and testing activities for deployments, upgrades, patches, and customizations.
Ensures adherence to project management methodologies, testing standards, and deployment best practices.
Supplier & Vendor Management – 10%
Manages third‑party supplier performance and ensures outcomes align with organizational expectations.
Monitors reporting metrics, dashboards, and status updates to ensure quality and performance for discretionary and maintenance work.
People Management – 10%
Leads all human‑resource aspects of personnel management, including hiring, development, evaluation, coaching, and workforce planning.
Cultivates a collaborative, high‑performing team environment and drives continuous improvement across people, processes, and technology.
Financial Management – 5%
Plans, monitors, and manages operating and capital budgets for assigned applications and programs.
Ensures effective stewardship of resources, productivity, and fiscal responsibility.

- Experience supporting HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Payroll, Timekeeping, or related enterprise functions
