IT ERP Analyst
- Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from U.S. or MX plants.
- Configure and maintain ERP modules, including creating new reports and workflows.
- Develop and troubleshoot code for customizations
- Perform testing (UAT), manage error correction, and ensure system quality.
- Provide first-level user support and document incidents.
- Train users on key processes and prepare manuals.
- Participate in updates and improvements, including testing and documentation of changes.
- Collaborate with various areas: Finance, Operations, IT, Purchasing, Logistics.
- Support and maintenance of Microsoft Business Central

- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Minimum of 2 years in similar roles, managing ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.
- Experience in multinational ERP implementation or support, ideally with plants in the U.S.
- Knowledge in manufacturing, production, or supply chain is highly valued, especially in the aerospace industry.
- Technical Knowledge and Tools
- Dynamics 365 Business Central development experience using AL and Visual Studio Code, and in extension development, integrations, manufacturing processes, reporting, and ERP modernization projects.
- Experience on any of the listed ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics 365).
- Advanced Excel and analysis/reporting tools (Power BI, SQL).
- Configuration of Inventory, Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse modules.
- Data validation, system integrations, and migrations.
- Familiarity with methodologies: ITIL, project management or PMP, agile methodologies, or ERP governance.
