Position: IT Enterprise Architect
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Enterprise Architect /
Strategist to lead the development, implementation, and governance of
enterprise-wide architecture strategy. This role focuses on aligning technology
initiatives with business objectives, driving modernization, and guiding
large-scale transformation through the creation of standards, roadmaps, and
architectural frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop,
recommend, implement, and manage Enterprise Architecture (EA) strategy and
deliverables
- Align
IT strategy with organizational business vision and strategic objectives
- Provide
architecture support across multiple projects and initiatives to ensure
alignment with enterprise standards
- Conduct
technology assessments and fit-gap analyses to evaluate solution options
- Create
and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps
- Define
business and technical capabilities and processes
- Provide
direction on operationalizing business strategy (systems, processes, and
data)
- Identify
and mitigate technology risks
- Streamline
application landscape to improve performance, reduce redundancy, and
optimize costs
- Contribute
to enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and reusable artifacts
- Support
development of policies, guidelines, and reference architectures
- Identify
enterprise technology platforms and promote modular/composable
architecture approaches
- Collaborate
with stakeholders to communicate technical strategies and architectural
decisions
- Facilitate
design discussions and provide recommendations on emerging technologies
- Build
and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, and
vendors
Qualifications
Technical Skills
- 15+
years of experience in enterprise architecture across multiple platforms
- Strong
experience in developing and implementing Enterprise Architecture
frameworks
- Expertise
in Application Architecture, Technology Architecture, and Artificial
Intelligence (AI)
- Proven
ability to develop IT strategies aligned with business goals
- Experience
conducting fit-gap analysis, architecture assessments, and roadmap
development
- Strong
understanding of transformation initiatives and data interdependencies
- Experience
identifying risks and defining mitigation strategies
- Ability
to develop standards, policies, and governance frameworks
- Knowledge
of enterprise architecture frameworks, platforms, and products

- Strong
strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent
communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Ability
to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong
facilitation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
