  • Assess disruptive forces and identify technology-enabled innovation opportunities

Build and Maintain Relationships:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on business transformation, technology investment priorities, and organizational modernization initiatives.
  • Translate complex business and technical challenges into actionable architecture roadmaps and investment recommendations.
  • Facilitate executive decision-making through architecture assessments, scenario planning, and business capability analysis.

Orchestrate the Delivery of Business Outcomes:

  • Lead architecture involvement in enterprise transformation programs, mergers, divestitures, organizational redesigns, and digital modernization initiatives.
  • Develop capability-based roadmaps that accelerate strategic business outcomes while reducing technical complexity.
  • Drive alignment across business functions, data, applications, infrastructure, and security domains.

Management of the EA Estate:

  • Present gap analyses and/or IT investment roadmaps.
  • Develop and apply standards and minimal viable architectures through the EA governance model
  • Collaborate with agile teams and infrastructure and project teams to ensure consistency with the enterprise architecture
  • Proactively and holistically guide the enterprise through transformation and optimization initiatives
  • Focus on understanding and applying existing, new, and emerging technologies to transform and optimize business and operating models
  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) practice, including Business Architecture, Information Architecture, Solutions Architecture, Technical Architecture, and Security Architecture
  • Overseeing the integration of new technologies and initiatives into data standards and structures
  • Define and manage master data technology budgets, projects and governance processes
  • Responsibilities include hiring, managing, coaching and developing direct reports
  • Identify, monitor, publish and manage goals and measurements to show improvements to the enterprise data governance
  • Foster a culture of continuing education, awareness, and collaboration across teams

Digital, Data and AI Strategy Leadership:

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise-wide data, analytics, AI, and digital architecture strategy aligned to business priorities.
  • Guide the enterprise roadmap for data modernization, cloud platforms, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled business capabilities.
  • Establish target-state architectures that enable trusted, governed, and reusable enterprise data assets.
  • Assess emerging technology trends and identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to accelerate business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise data architecture, data governance, analytics platforms, and cloud modernization initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of modern cloud data platforms, including Databricks, data lakehouse architectures, metadata management, and data governance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead large-scale transformation programs.
  • Experience in management consulting, enterprise transformation, or strategic advisory roles.
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, and data product operating models.
  • Strategic thinker capable of learning new technologies and drive innovation
  • Mastery level understanding in the areas of Information and Operational Technologies including security and performance management, CI/CD processes, Applications integration, ITIL and control system design
  • Strong interpersonal communication and diplomacy skills, as well as a passion for leading
  • Experienced technologist with solid understanding of agile and lean methodologies
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to work well under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate between cross-functional global teams.

Experience / Education:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in complex organizations
  • Bachelor of Science degree
  • 7+ years of experience in at least two disciplines with business, information, solutions or technical delivery
