We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Engineer to join our Information Technology team. The IT Intern will assist with technical support, system maintenance, and IT projects while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
🔧 Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level technical support to employees (hardware, software, and network issues)
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment
- Support system upgrades, patches, and updates
- Help maintain IT documentation and inventory records
- Monitor and troubleshoot network and system performance issues
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives and data backup procedures
- Participate in IT projects and process improvement initiatives
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff as needed
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and common office applications
- Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
