About the Role
We are looking for an IT Engineer who brings curiosity, kindness, and a genuine desire to help others. Your work will directly support the people who power Chorus by ensuring the technology they rely on every day feels effortless and empowering. You will partner closely with teams across the company to solve problems, remove friction, and create a warm, supportive experience each time someone reaches out for help.
You will report directly to our CISO and be fully embedded within the Information Security team, giving you strong opportunities for personal and professional growth as our company and capabilities continue to expand.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as primary point of contact for support of staff computers, applications, and Identity management
- Take ownership of IT tickets and drive issues to resolution
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including hardware setup, access management, and license allocation
- Work closely with Information Security to maintain device compliance and assist in incident response activities
- Observe, propose, and implement processes aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing friction to provide the best possible service
- Create a friendly, respectful, and reliable support environment for all Chorus employees so that IT is seen as a trusted partner that is sought out
What We’re Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT engineering, desktop support, or a similar technical role
- Strong proficiency with macOS, including laptop setup, troubleshooting, and management through tools such as Apple Business Manager and Kandji
- Experience supporting SSO and federated identity, with working knowledge of SAML and OIDC
- Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace
- Clear and patient communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in an approachable way
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and shift smoothly between tasks

Compensation Disclosure
The anticipated base salary for this position is $95,000 to $110,000 based on the Los Angeles market. The base salary offered may vary depending on several factors, including the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, certifications, and the geographic location where the role will be performed.
Please note that the listed compensation details apply to the base salary only and do not include additional elements of the total compensation package, such as performance bonuses, stock options, or benefits. The final compensation package will be determined by evaluating the candidate’s qualifications in relation to market standards and internal pay equity.
